What is included in the price?
Our price includes removal and reinstallation of your existing baseboards, all labor and materials, installation on an empty surface, 6–8 pieces of backup material, and full trash removal upon completion. The following are NOT included and will be quoted separately: • New baseboards • Demolition of existing flooring • Moving furniture
What is hardwood floor resurfacing?
Hardwood resurfacing is the process of sanding down your existing hardwood floor surface and reapplying a fresh stain color of your choice. Our standard resurfacing includes 1 coat of stain and 2 coats of sealant, restoring your floors to like-new condition without the cost of full replacement.
When are my monthly payments due?
Your first payment is due on the day your job is completed and you sign the Certificate of Completion. Each following payment is due on the same date every month for 12 months until your balance is paid in full. Example: If your job is completed on the 15th, your first payment is due on the 15th and each monthly payment will be due on the 15th of every month thereafter.
How do I make my monthly payments?
Each month you will receive a secure payment link by email or text from Floorologic. Simply click the link and pay using any major credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or ACH bank transfer. Payments are processed securely through GoDaddy Payments.
What LVP levels do you offer?
We offer two levels of Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP): Level 1 — Standard • 5 color options • 5–6 inch width planks • 6-mil wear layer • 4.4mm thickness • Includes underlayment padding Level 2 — Upgrade • 8 color options • 7–10 inch width planks • 22-mil wear layer • 6mm thickness • Includes underlayment padding • Additional cost: $1.50/sqft upgrade charge
Is there an additional cost for floor leveling?
Yes — if your subfloor requires leveling before installation, an additional charge will apply. The cost varies depending on the size of the area and the amount of leveling required. Your estimator will assess the subfloor condition during the initial visit and provide a separate quote for any leveling needed before work begins.
